Reframe: Life Transitions Design Kit

Challenge

• Development of a physical toolkit to apply the Stanford Life Design process to the transition from education to career
  • Aiming to increase the accessibility and reach of the life design process beyond Stanford
• Pitched product to the Stanford Life Design Lab and was invited to join as an undergraduate researcher to continue product development

Action

• Prototyped V1 of the product and conducted user testing with Stanford Life Design Fellows, overseas visiting Life Design Lab affiliates, and college students

Results

• Selected as a Finalist for the Stanford Center of Longevity Design Challenge 2024
  • Top 8 out of 228 submissions from 34 countries
  • Invited to present design to a panel of business executives (Finalist presentation recording)

• Product development currently on hold but have initiated talks with the Life Design Lab on product integration into the Stanford life design curriculum or release on the market
